Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the appointment. The Canton Cleaning Company, at its discretion, may charge customers for any cancellations within 12 hours.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We honor all of our work by guaranteeing our service. Notifications must be provided within 48 hours of a service appointment. At no additional cost, we will ensure all areas are remediated. service guarantee requests after the 48 hours grace period will be considered by the canton cleaning company but not guaranteed.

How long does a typical house cleaning take?

This is dependent on multiple factors such as: the size of your home, the amount of bedrooms/bathrooms, current condition, frequency of service, the level of cleaning (deep vs traditional) to name a few. Average traditional cleanings of homes 1000-1500 square feet take about 3 hours.

This is dependent on multiple factors such as: the size of your home, the level of service you are requesting (traditional vs deep), current condition of the home, etc.

Are you licensed and insured?

The Canton Cleaning Company is fully bonded, licensed and insured .

Do I have to supply any cleaning supplies?

Nope! We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have a unique request we may ask you to provide a particular cleaner, however we are equipped with universally known name brands.

How many cleaners do you send?

Most cleanings have 1-2 cleaners. This is primarily dependent on the size of your home, the day/time of your booking, amongst other factors. If you have a preference please let us know and we will try to accomodate.

Do you rotate your cleaning crew on recurring cleanings?

Typically we send the same staff members to your home for each cleaning. We do this so we become more familiar with your home and you can count on having the same familiar face(s) each time.

What kind of products do you use?

We use both traditional and green friendly products.

What if your team makes a mistake?

We honor a 48 service guarantee, which means that as long as we are notified 48 hours post cleaning we will travel back out to make sure any shortfallings are taken care of.

How do I pay?

We only accept credit/debit card payment which is sent to our client's email.

Do I need to be home

Nope! Just make sure you provide us access to enter/depart your property.

Do you offer discounts?

We sure do! We discount all recurring home cleaning services by frequency. Additionally, we offer a loyalty program that enables a free cleaning after every 10 cleanings!!
